Meetings
January 10, 2008
7:02 p.m.- meeting called to order by Aime Robins.
Aime discussed forming committees for the Spring
Show and
the Spring
Banquet.
Donna Cole
gave the
Treasurer’s report. Other topics
included the
Galveston Trip, Spring Show, and Banquet. We
had a net income of
$6,300 for the football concessions. The
cost of the
Galveston trip will be all-inclusive for meals,
hotel
catering, etc. We
discussed a schedule of events and optional
activities for a
total of $511.52.
Ms. Vera
announced the
1/22/08 basketball performance at
halftime of the
girls’ and boys’ games. The Topcats will
perform their
military and pom routines. There will be a
Chik-fil-
A fundraiser on
1/17.
Competitions are
scheduled for 2/22 at Rockwall and 2/23 at
Rowlett.
3/10 There is a
mandatory parent meeting for tryout applicants.
4/4 Tryout date
all day
1/25 $65 due for
competition
Ads for the Spring
Show were also discussed.
The dates for the
Spring Show are April 18th & 19th.
