Booster Club Meetings

                                                            January 10, 2008

7:02 p.m.- meeting called to order by Aime Robins.

    Aime discussed the following:

    Spring Show Ads--every Topcat needs to sell 100.00 dollars worth of

Ads (in any way or format).  This will be due by our next meeting March 4th

2008.

      I have given each Topcat a form (this morning), but I believe Bryan will

be placing this form online (www.tctopcats.org) in case you need an extra

one or if you misplace it.

Donna discussed the following:

      Our balance and credit with our bank account.

      She has everyone's balances for the trip and contest items.  Please

email Donna for that information.

Tiffanie discussed the following:

      Selecting different fundraisers that will actually fund us money--such as

Sonic, etc.  We discussed other possibilities--if you have ideas, please

email Tifannie with that information.  Thanks!

Miriam discussed next year's plans:

      March 10th 2008 at 7pm there is a mandatory parent/student meeting

for those interested in Topcats 2008-2009 try-outs.  Try-out Packets will be

available by the end of the week or early next week.

Social Officer and Dance Officer applications will be due March 10th

before the meeting--no exceptions.  All forms must be submitted to be

eligible to try-out.

     Try-out Clinic Dates--March 31st to April 3rd from 4:30pm to 6:30pm in

the Middle Gym

     Team Applications due March 31st before the clinic begins

     Try-outs for Team, Social officers and Dance officers are on April 4th    

 2008 starting at 4:30pm.

     New Team Practice for Spring Show:

            April 7, 9, 14    Try-out dance practice    4:30pm to 6:00pm

            April 16            Tech Show Run               4:30pm to 7:00pm

     Spring Show Performances for New Team and 2007-2008 Topcats:

           April 18 & 19, 2008 at 7pm in the PAC

     New Team Practices--4:30pm to 6:00pm

            April 28, 30

            May 5, 7, 12, 14, 19, 21, 28

            June 2

All practices are mandatory--or your daughter may be removed from the team.

     Dance Officer Practices--for officer camp

            July 28, 29, 30, 31, August 1---Time to be announced at a later time

     Dance Officer Camp--San Antonio, TX (Omni Hotel)

            August 4-6, 2008

            Leaving The Colony, TX on August 3rd and returning home August

6th 2008.

     Social Officer Camp--Time and Place to be announced at a later time

           August 7-9, 2008

     Team Camp--TCHS Gym

           August 11-14, 2008

     Team Practices--

          August 18-22, 2008

     First day of school--August 25, 2008
