Booster Club Meetings

                                                            April 01, 2008

7:02 p.m.- meeting called to order by Aime Robins.

    Ms Vera announced that she is pleased with the amount of new                 

candidates that are currently attending try-outs for the 2008/2009 school

year. 

The fathers were asked to wear the following outfit for the “Spring Show’s”

Father/Daughter Dance.

A.   Black Slacks

B.    Long Sleeved Black Shirt

C.   Red Tie

D.   Black Shoes

Ms Vera has rented dresses for the girls to wear during the father/daughter

dance. The Spring Show costumes were rented for $24.00 dollars a piece.

She asked for the booster club to vote on how we were going to fund the

costumes. The vote concluded that each individual family would pay for

their daughters own costume. Please submit this amount to Donna Cole.

Ms Vera was also excited to announce that the Topcats would acquire the

Car Decal Fundraiser from the The Colony Cheerleaders. This fundraiser

could be very profitable to the Topcat organization. We will begin selling

decals at the start of the 08/09 school year.

Aime Robins:

Aime plans to finalize the details of our Topcat banquet within the next few

weeks.  All information will be sent to the parents; via email, prior to the

receipt of formal invitations.

Topcats will be hosting a Pee Wee clinic April 12, 2008 at the Colony High

School from 9:00 to 3:00. Volunteers are needed to help supervise the

clinic. Please contact Aime if you available to assist.
